  1. Trims are easily added to your cornice. If using trims with a lip cord, simply tuck the lip cord into the tuck groove. This adds a beautiful finishing touch to your cornice.

If your cornice back will be seen from the outside, you can finish the backside by tucking the same material that appears from the top and bottom edge.  If differing material appears at the top from the bottom, use the bottom material.  Another alternative is to paint the backside.  Be sure to use only WATER-based paint.
